I have had to cancel a couple of classic rewards since the pandemic, one was LHR-FCO (so I expect qualifies for the overseas port part in terms of QFF) though I am based in London and my address is up to date, so maybe not? 🤔

It was last month and I got the points/taxes/fees back in full (not immediately but a few weeks later).
