Hi I wonder if anyone can help me.

Do All Virgin Atlantic Flights have WIFI and In Seat Entertainment ? Reading the web pages I thought so but when I go to book from LHR to JFK some of the flights have the logo for wifi available and in seat entertainment and some don't. These are all Virgin (not Delta).

It seems impossible to speak to anyone at Virgin (2 hour waits on phone, web forms direct me back to call centre and the chatbot is useless).

Does anyone know, definitively, do all the flights have wifi / in seat entertainment ? Should I ignore the symbols next to the flights ?
