Still awaiting a response from BAH from August!
As title (and as posted here at the time), I had cause to complain to BAH about a car hire booking at BHD (no need to bore you with details).
I have received numerous emails, initially stating that they had no record of my complaint, despite me quoting their reference number, with subsequent messages assuring me that they would respond shortly...
There is little monetary value at stake here, in fact I expect (and desire) nothing, but am I unreasonable in expecting at least some kind of final response?
