I did a search and can't find this scenario - seems like it should be here somewhere so sorry if I missed it.
I have flights fro end of June that just had a major schedule change. My SWU had already cleared on the CLT>FRA leg of MSP>CLT>FRA. So, question before I call AA: There are plenty of alternative flights with a DFW>FRA leg in place of CLT>FRA but no SWU showing on website. ExpertFlyer shows tons of business availability and C class. So, do I have any shot of having AA move me over to flights that replace CLT with DFW? I'm not that concerned about the domestic leg of the trip but wondering if they would try to (or be able to) preserve the SWU with the different connecting flight.
