....but I wouldn't hold your breath. I applied for a couple of refunds, one of which for over €1k, a few days after the refund application page opened, which I think was last October. Have heard nothing since, and the Italian press (I subscribe to the Corriere della Sera and read it every day) hasn't mentioned the issue for a while. No idea what they're waiting for.
