Yes, I saw this first hand. I was there last week for a layover and while playing finally noticed the machine isn't the 100% randomized RNG as the ones in Vegas. After a couple of hours testing it out on the minimum 25 cents bet, I finally, on a losing hand, saw the machine freeze, and some woman genie popping on the screen waving a wand turning my losing hand into a wining one--a Flush. Of course, it wasn't the coveted RF.

I stopped playing immediately and will never put any serious money into it. It's only good for killing an hour or two with the minimum 25 cents wager.
