Has anyone ever gotten this reason for not getting mileage credit, at least at normal posting time?D - This reason code means that this segment status is:

We're sorry, we cannot fulfill your mileage credit request because the ticket was refunded and is no longer eligible for mileage accrual.

I tried messaging Delta about it, but they just told me to wait till the flight was complete before checking again.

The segment in question was one I upgraded to PS before ultimately using a GUC to go to D1. So it's been through two rounds of upgrades/reissues.

This wasn't KE metal but I've never seen the quoted reason before, so I thought I'd post in here.
