Does anyone know if Delta's 737-800 and 737-900ER have foot wells in row 1? I prefer a bulkhead, but not if there is no place to put my feet.

Unfortunately the return is Comfort+ on the 737-900ER. Can anyone recommend the best Comfort+ seats? I know the first row of Comfort+ is great when the divider doesn't go all the way to the floor. I checked SeatGuru, but their data is often old and unreliable.
