Short summary:
--Have GE (since the very beginning of the GE program), works every time
--Never get SSSS on domestic or international *leaving* the US regardless of airline (always pre-check if available)
--Frequently get SSSS on flights *to* the US on DL, B6, BA, VS, etc. (never on AA or UA)
--Met a DHS person working a BA flight at LHR 2.5 years ago who looked me up on her phone and said "I see what is happening, you are getting mismatched with someone who has an arrest record, the same name and a similar date of birth."
--Applied for and received a redress number; didn't help (or didn't help much)

I looked at the TRIP site which lists a bunch of situations where a redress number can help, but flights to the US are not on the list. So, what can I do to address this? Any ideas?
