I remain fascinated about the brewery’s website’s strong promise that the menu is zero substitutions & deletions. Zero ketchup / tomato paste available. As gorgeous the photos, I probably wouldn’t get the burger and fries. I’d get other dishes. I really like fries with ketchup. Even when I’d get frites at frites trucks / stalls in Bruxelles with samurai and curry and all the other sauces, I still eventually enjoy ketchup the most as my topping. So I would just skip the fries.
