Pay to upgrade to F on both legs.
Not sure if any of these options are possible. I tried phoning but the agent was useless.
Option 1 is possible but not likely to be cheap, option 2 is not possible as it is not possible to pay to upgrade to F on the LHR-DOH segment if you book an award (and if you try to do it on a cash fare you'll just find yourself asked for the full fare difference anyway, FYI).
