I understand that you are on Cartera's side but it really is ridiculous. In a free market, if this were Rakuten or Swagbucks, most of us would say screw 'em. They don't deserve our business if it takes 5 emails and 60 days to maybe get what we're owed.. Unfortunately, AA is dangling the status carrot and we are willing participants in this charade. Clearly I don't hate it that much if I'm reaching for 70k with zero planned revenue travel.
