your lucky. I spent nearly 2 hrs the other day trying to change my flight off the 777 HD to a 787 with Polaris. Initially the agent said ok but had to get a supervisor to approve , was put on hold for 30-45 min while she waited then came back with NO. I then asked to speak with the supervisor and was put on hold for 1 hour then finally gave up and hung up
