Doesn't VS have enhanced catering in their PE? West Jet does (of note, WestJet also calls their domestic F product PE and just use that level of service on their int'l flights). Wouldn't Delta want to match those partners instead of matching the lower standard of AF?
From flying VS PE in 2018, yes. PE meals are served on real dishes and have metal cutlery. I don't know how the menu differs from J and Y.
