Twice now I have called the number on the back of my Delta Reserve card to request an authorized user card for someone in my household with the same address. Both times no card has arrived after 2+ weeks. Any idea what could be going on? Do I need to ask for them to send it via UPS 2-day? My authorized user gets other mail here without issue.
