That's my attitude.
I can think of many things that front-line agents need to know that the CEO does not. If he's been doing his job successfully without knowing French, and while not harassed by reporters, then I don't think he needs to learn it.
He's free to, if he feels like it. But I think this is a giant waste of his time.
