Did you get the sweets and minibar with drinks and refreshments?

I thought this was very nice considering there is no executive lounge.
We had a couple of packs of shortbread cookies (biscuits) which were replenished daily. I'm trying to remember if there were a few packs of chocolate on arrival... I know we didn't get those daily. There is a Tesco Express about 200 yards away from the hotel that we went to one afternoon and bought a few candies and snacks. Our minibar was stocked with 2 Cokes, 2 Diet Cokes, 2 still waters, 2 sparkling waters. There were also 8-10 Nespresso pods (with Nespresso machine of course) and a good variety of bag teas with an electric kettle. Anything we drank or ate was replenished daily as well as fresh espresso and tea cups. We didn't drink the Cokes but I assume they would gladly give you all regular/diet if you preferred one as well as all sparkling/still water. Honestly, one of the best perks was daily housekeeping *and* turn down service without even asking for it. That has been a rarity for all of my travels in the past two years. Another note, we went to the Rooftop Bar one night and you can charge your bill to your room. As a hotel guest you are supposed to have higher priority for booking a table and there is no minimum spend requirement.

We arrived at the hotel about 9:00 AM and the concierge held our bags for us. The room was ready for check-in by 1:15 PM and they had already delivered our bags up to the room when we got back.
