I'll provide more specifics too...

2 Pax booked w/ Skymiles - obviously 006 ticket stock - LAS-CDG with a connection making it LAS-LHR-CDG. Website shows flight # 1 is something like VS 24 and the LHR-CDG is AF 14xx....

Honestly, I was surprised to see Skymiles tickets with different marketing carriers..
Flight 1 is operated by VS, thus is booked using the VS flight number, flight 2 is operated AF, thus booked using AF flight number. Codeshare flight numbers aren't used for award bookings.
