In fact... I registered on the AF site and entered my VS confirmation number. It thought about it for a few seconds, and then pulled my booking across, complete with the AF reference number!
How very joined up and modern
The only remaining minor issue is that I've not received a confirmation email from VS... despite re-requesting. I also requested from the AF site - nothing forthcoming.
