As I read it, the first OVER WATER flight translates to "between continents"?
And Pakistan to Sri Lanka is all within Asia.
But UL would still have been the first carrier - ticketed and metal flown
Was there a specific reason a TA could not ticket?

Please help my understanding of the new wandering
