There was another one in Florida I couldn't find availability all year either. I thought it was Crystal Shores but it may have been another South Florida property.
Can we assume you're not looking for award (points or certs) availability?

I stayed at the place in Germany long before they became a Marriott, so it's not quite true that they never have availability (for money). It was lovely, but small, with all rooms in the castle-like building in the picture.
