well, I can’t really take that seriously…. Let’s take for example Germany. Germany lifted their pretty harsh restrictions on the 20th March. Still a lot „basic“ protection is enforced like masks in public transport and some public buildings like hospitals, refugee centers etc. songs away from abolishing all restrictions.

But now, not 48hrs later the WHO concludes it was foolish to lift the harsh measures? Seriously? What did happen in those 48hrs in Germany? Looking at the numbers… nothing at all.
