This morning was pushed
this Eater article on FB about Estuary's re-opening and new talent in the kitchen. The chef de cuisine comes from the Spike Gjerde and Jeremiah Langhorne lineages, having most recently worked at the restaurants in the Line Hotel. So this should be a very natural fit, given that they trace their path to two of the pioneers of the mid-Atlantic locavore movement. I would say it is actually a better fit than the Voltaggios, who in my opinion (and in the eyes of most critics) relied more on celebrity than anything else.
