terms (and how similar programs work) the President Circle status should be tied to your Hertz account, so it'll work regardless how you pay. Amex/Hertz also don't require you to pay using an Amex to use the CDP, just that you book through Hertz. So you should be able to get Cap1's insurance by booking through Hertz with your Amex CDP and pay with your Venture X.
