Hi, I've booked and paid for 5 tickets some months ago in premium economy for my party flying from LHR to Antigua in the coming days.
So far, so good. But we didn't reserve seats at that time.
But I took a look at the seat reserving section of the website and there are only 3 free seats, when we've got 5 flights booked!!!!
How can we reserve seats? Have they overbooked premium? Are we in danger of being bumped?
I chose option 3 in the call center to talk about seat reservations, and the recording told me to use the website, then hung up.
Any tips to get the best results?
