LOL @ this trash airline. Calling in they noted I was on a mobile phone and offered immediate txt based support...ooops! They meant a drop down menu with a robot otherwise a "2 hour wait." I agreed to the 2 hour wait then called back and was told an 88 minute wait. I left my # for a call back. JetBlue called me back SIX AND A HALF HOURS LATER. I could have sworn 88 minutes was only 1h28m not 6.5...and when I got [someone] on the phone she told me the flight I wanted to change to was (sameday for free) was sold out even though EF showed plenty of buckets available. Never again. I'll fly AA with a stop.
