Most of my travel is domestic, on American, typically buying R or I fares. What types of discounts are people seeing on these fares - still 5-10% or so? Just trying to figure out if the discount would be worth getting a Platinum card for - I wish I could see what the real-world savings are like prior to biting the bullet.
