If on SEPARATE tickets, these days, the airlines will most likely go by the strictest standard and see only EZE-SCL meaning you must meet all entry requirements for Chile. Or, as even if the above transit was allowed to get on the first flight, you would be denied boarding the moment your carry-on was pulled and it was found you do not meet all the entry requirements for Chile.
