I submitted an online claim for missing TP & avios and it wouldn't accept the flight number that I had booked on (BA), and would only accept the actual airline I flew on (IB). Therefore if credited me the wrong avios, no Gold bonuses etc. Is there any way of checking the TP too as I think this was credited incorrectly as well, against the original ticket class booking: no idea where to find that now, as flight has been flown...
