Canadian here. My card expires next September, renewal process already started. But - I have a new (renewed) L1-B visa, and I-797, and I-94, all just issued one week ago. passport stamped, I carry the I-797 too. US CBP guy told me "You have 30 days to submit your updated info online." I think you can do that for an address update, but NOT for a new visa info.

So ... Normally I'd go to the NEXUS center at YYZ and show them the new documents, but it's closed. I called the Detroit Global Entry office since I happened to be nearby, and they said they're not doing anything with NEXUS renewals at all right now. I asked "Can I still use my card, even though I have an updated I-797 etc?" and they said "Yes, you can still use your card, but be sure to carry the updated documents with you."

I'm not sure I believe that. Hmm. Anybody happen to know if that's the case? Sure would be nice.
