Are you saying that some drivers won’t put bags in the back? Not sure where they would go other than occupy space where a seat is. The shuttle doesn’t have racks in the front (unlike the Marriott/HR shuttle, IIRC). Can’t remember if there were any overhead.

My last trip on the shuttle, the driver put bags in the back. Don’t really like this setup since the driver has to get out at each stop to unload/load bags which causes it to take longer to get around the terminals.
