On Thursday the Delta Agent at Atlanta baggage claim tried to convince me that my plane had not even landed yet. I’d been standing there 45 minutes waiting on luggage. don’t lie to us tell us the truth we’re not stupid. Even if the truth is you don’t know what’s going on don’t look a customer who was obviously on the plane in the face and say something totally stupid

I checked because they were begging us to at the gate
