Not the biggest destination, but PMI still allows UK passport holders to use the eGates, they have a staffed desk at the exit behind the eGates to stamp any passports that need it. No eGates in use on exit there anymore, at least not the times I've been through (last of which was a few months ago).
I guess only airports that can set themselves up for stamping can allow eGates to be used by non-EU passport holders.
