The credit is stored against the booking

That two pax on original booking (which I agree was for 4 pax who intended to travel together) are no longer resident in Australia and probably won't fly QF again. Everything David jsnot as clear cut and black and white as you think in the world. Bottom line QF got our money and circumstances has changed. They fail to recognise this. And I'll be clear QF handling is nothing like other airlines.BA have given me money back 8 times. Even MH on a cheapo Business class 6, sector route gave money back eventually. Finnair returned all voucher costs. The only carrier I have issues with is...now let's see if you guess .
