QF refuse to unravel voucher for 4 pax (name issue?)
Another saga with QF and not sure how best to sort. My wife bought 4 pax tickets on one booking. We all decided not to travel (this was back in Sept 21) due COVID and we accepted a voucher. We gave the other two pax their money back for the ticket (which was all bought on wife's credit card but they gave her their share on bank transfer).
Now QF say well all 4 of you need to travel together or the booking can only be split with yet another another phone call to QF when ready to travel and "explain the circumstances" which was explained yesterday! Quite hard since the other two are no longer in state.i really in all of my years of travel experiences such a dreadful carrier....
Any suggestions?
