As an update. I called again a few days later and got a much more agreeable price for the upgrade on all 3 seats and so I took it. This was on Thursday (17th) but the upgrade, whist confirmed with avios deducted, hasn’t been ticketed. How long does it usually take to process? Appreciate we aren’t travelling for money months but I would like to select seats as we have a toddler with us…. I know, travelling with a 2 year old is a completely other thread!!!
