My spouse (Disc) has an upcoming booking on a Chase cert. At the time of booking, I did not realize that he could simply gift the cert to me (Glob). Now, the hotel is sold out of award availability on that night, so canceling and rebooking is not an option. Has anyone been able to 'gift' an existing booking, or am I just SOL?
