Yes, yes - but the version on the (unofficial) website's been through two translations from the (official) Spanish legislation. To confound things further, the website's Spanish version of the rules employs less powerful language (
se disponen) than that employed in the English translation.
the point i'm attempting to make is that information on websites isn't always as helpful as those promulgating the information might wish. Unlike pre-flight testing 'n vaxing, It's not a make or break issue for BA - but for the convenience of passengers I'd hope the airline takes advice from its very capable in-country team.
