My biggest gripe is that it isn't adults only. The other Alilas in CA are adults only according to their websites. I was told by staff that the plan for this property is adults only, but due to opening during pandemic, the owners changed their mind (with the plan to go adult only in the future) as they wanted guests. And there are a ton of kids here right now.

The problem is that the property is BUILT to be adults only. I know this sounds strange, but think about it. As others have posted the pool is tiny. This would be fine for adults only (taking a dip to cool off while lounging by the pool), but the when you have 10 kids running around, splashing, jumping in the pool and hot tub, it doesn't work.

Families should NOT bring their kids here. It is not set up for kids and kids would be bored. I don't have any problem with kids, but when you are going for a high end spa experience and aren't built to accommodate children, it really makes the experience for everyone much less enjoyable.
This change is coming sooner than later
