WRT how the cheesecake is/tasted, I think it depends on what kind of consistency you like/prefer in your cheesecake.
For me, by the time I ate my slice, it was closer to cabin temperature and more on the soft/creamy side. I personally prefer a firmer consistency but with the chocolate chips it had sufficient texture and flavor.
If others who've had different flavors at different temperatures want to comment, that might provide a diversity of opinion.
