At this point, I’d stay any transcon (or longer) flight where you can actually confirm them. Especially if they are expiring soon. Not sure if it qualifies as a “best use” but I’ve been redeeming many of mine on highly discounted (~$600) Flagship J transcon flights (JFK/MIA-LAX) then upgrading to Flagship F ($2000+ fares). If nothing else, I consider my soon-to-expire SWUs as Flagship First Dining entry coupons.
