So the riff-raff like me won't take up the valuable space in the 1K line when they read "Premier" and neglect to read any further. I don't know why they even bother putting "Premier" in front of 1K -- most seem to know they're 1K and don't need the "Premier" to remind them of their status. What I don't understand is the need to state "Full Service" on either sign. Is there a counter or kiosk for Premiers and 1Ks to go to for short service if they don't want full service? Or is that to indicate that United would prefer everyone use the do-it-yourself kiosks but if you REALLY need help then there are a couple of counters (just make sure you use the right one!).
