When are you passing through DCA? I'm in Old Town Alexandria right now, heading out of DCA tomorrow. I can ask at the club tomorrow to see if there is any solution they can offer.

EDIT:. I'm at the DCA Terminal C club now and just asked about storing bags at the club for a few hours. I received the same 9/11 reasoning that we usually hear, so unfortunately no luck at DCA.
