But in terms of general advice to people with COVID-19 and related conditions,the usual advice is to rest and take in plenty of liquids rather than to exercise, just for the few days concerned, Maybe some light muscle work based on low reps, for example, rather than pushing the lungs too much. Recovery tends to be faster that way and that will get you back into exercise faster, again talking broadly rather than giving specific advice.
