I haven't been there recently, but the ANA lounge (international) at NRT was nice.
I wouldn't put SIN on the list because SQ sends *A *Golds in coach to a special (inferior) lounge for them, not to the normal SQ business class lounge. OTOH, SIN is a very nice and interesting airport (butterfly garden, cactus garden, indoor pool, etc.).
In addition to FRA, consider MUC or the LX lounges in Switzerland.
