Anyone else finding that it doesn’t work trying to book royal air Maroc redemptions online?

Trying to book Dakar - Casablanca - London. Can see that there are seats there but comes up with error when I try to book (in economy).

Do I have to call up or is there an online workaround.

Also anyone happen to know how many points / pounds this would be?
