I help my neighbor, who has issues using computers, book a flight from Charlotte to Naples (via Munich) for the Fall. Everything appears to have gone smoothly and she received a confirmation number. I told her in my experience you have to provide your passport information ahead of time and was surprised I wasn't prompted to enter the information. After the booking was completed, I pulled up the booking using the confiration number, and I saw a place to enter information, but the system was asking where we were staying in the US. I could enter passport information, but couldn't move pass that screen because of this issue. Is there another place to enter the information? Should I have them create a profile and I assume we could do it there and tie the existing booking into her account?

I'd appreciate any help that can make their trip easier. I did warn her about the requirement to enter COVID testing results, but since the trip is so far away, I figure it might change before them. Also do you think it would be helpful to load the Lufthansa App on their phones. (they just recently got smart phones)
