Online Check-in (not enough seats?)
We are flying tomorrow from US to IST on TK using United award tickets in business class.
When I tried to check-in online using the TK PNR and ticket #'s, it triggered an error suggesting I try using the mobile app. When I attempt to check-in via the mobile app, it allows me to progress through entering the security information (Passport etc details), and click the Complete Check-In button. But then it advises that there aren't enough seats available for every passenger on my reservation, and that I "can complete check-in for some passengers by selecting the available seats. To complete check-in for all passengers on your reservation, please apply to one of our check-in desks."
When I view the reservation on the mobile app, it still displays the seats that I assigned many months ago. Is this normal behavior? I just don't want to arrive at the airport tomorrow to find that we don't actually have confirmed seats in business class; or that we aren't able to sit together.
I'm assuming this is just Turkish IT challenges, and everything will be fine when we check-in tomorrow at the airport. Or should I try calling to verify all looks good on their end?
