Another classic BA IT error

So I got a 50% Avios bonus email today from BA. I wouldn't normally buy but with an upcoming trip to Oz, they represent good value especially Qantas internal business class( and YQ hasn't increased yet!)
I take the click through from the mail to sign in, do so, then get the sign in page again, and again, and again , and again, ad infinitum.
So try another route. Sign into BA.com and go from there. Same story I'm afraid.
How difficult can it be? Don't they test these things? I'm trying to give them money and they won't let me!
Just another in the list of IT fails I suppose...small but annoying!
