Well, depends on how you look at it. Finnair's current policy is that until end of May you can change your flights as many times as you wish (regardless of ticket type and their regular restrictions), where they waive the change fee, but faire difference (if any) is to be paid. After end of May, you can make changes one more time, with the same conditions. As ffay005 said, ff you are "lucky", your flight gets rescheduled with significant change in the schedule or gets cancelled, in which case you can request refund or rebooking on any other dates (no change fee or faire difference in this case).
